We take pride in giving our undivided attention to every pet family that comes in for help, which is why we operate primarily by appointment.

Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.

Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Payment Information

We strive to provide a high quality of care at a reasonable cost to you as a pet owner. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We make paying as convenient as possible through our variety of payment methods:

When You Arrive

We desire for both animals and humans to feel safe and secure in our office.

Please familiarize yourself with what to expect when visiting our clinic.

  • We try our hardest to make all animals feel comfortable during their visit. It’s completely normal if your pet feels uneasy around new people, new surroundings, and other pets. We’re pros at helping them stay calm.

    • All dogs must be on a leash and restrained adequately while in the waiting area or exam rooms. Also, all cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
    • For your convenience, “drop-off” appointments (curbside care) are available. A “drop off” means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave it with us for a couple of hours. Usually, we will ask you to “drop off” sometime in the morning. Once finished, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and review discharge instructions.
    • For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that your pet’s vaccinations be up-to-date.

Both the doctor and the staff are very professional and compassionate towards your pet and you.
