When you arrive at Willow Grove, our Client Care team will welcome you and your pet with a warm greeting and a little extra attention. Sometimes that even means a quick walk outside while you wait. We pride ourselves on keeping things calm and efficient, meaning your visit will move from check-in to a private exam room in just minutes.
Calm Environment
Our long-time clients often describe their overall experience at Willow Grove as calm and quiet. We’ve designed the experience to be as stress-free as possible, from using walkie-talkies instead of overhead paging to thoughtful touches like special lights during euthanasia appointments, ensuring every moment remains respectful. You and your pets can always expect a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere.
One- on- One Exam Room Care
The duration of your visit will be spent in a private, one-on-one exam room. There is no need to worry about other pets or your wiggly pet companion, who likes to explore rather than sit still. Your pet’s history, consent forms, and exams are completed in the exam room even during drop-off appointments! This allows us to provide you and your pet with the stress-free space you deserve and an experience that doesn’t feel rushed.

Departure
When outlining our client experience, we wanted families and their pets to leave the same way they arrived, with a smile. That’s why we complete checkouts in the exam room so there’s no juggling of leashes, carriers, or wiggly pets. To make things even easier, a team member will walk you out to your car, helping to hold any items for you or holding that pesky door when you’re managing an eager pet, and maybe a kiddo or two at the same time.
